Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to understand their strategic objectives and challenges in the Capital Projects & Infrastructure domain.
- Conduct detailed analysis of client project portfolios, financial models, and operational processes.
- Develop and recommend strategies to optimize project performance, improve cost efficiency, and mitigate risks.
- Lead or support the implementation of recommendations, working closely with client teams and stakeholders.
- Provide expert guidance on project financing, procurement strategies, regulatory compliance, and sustainability practices.
- Conduct market research and benchmarking to identify emerging trends and best practices in the CPI sector.
- Prepare and present high-quality reports, presentations, and business cases to communicate findings effectively to clients and senior management.
- Support business development activities, including proposals, client presentations, and networking initiatives.
