Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to understand their strategic objectives and challenges in the Capital Projects & Infrastructure sector.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of project portfolios, financial models, and operational processes.
- Develop tailored recommendations to optimize project performance, improve cost efficiency, and mitigate risks.
- Lead or support the implementation of recommended solutions, coordinating with client teams and stakeholders.
- Provide expertise in project financing, procurement strategies, regulatory compliance, and sustainability practices.
