Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage Oracle Fusion Financials implementation projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality solutions.
- Configure and customize Oracle Cloud Financials modules (AP, AR, GL, FA) to meet client requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, product managers, and business analysts to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Conduct system integration, data migration, testing, and post-go-live support for Oracle Financials applications.
- Mentor and guide developers and junior team members, fostering professional growth.
- Conduct code reviews and quality checks to maintain compliance with best practices and standards.
- Troubleshoot complex technical and functional issues, recommending process improvements and innovative solutions.
- Stay updated with Oracle Cloud Financials enhancements, industry trends, and emerging financial technologies.
Skills Required
- Expertise in Oracle Fusion Financials modules: AP, AR, GL, FA.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle Cloud Financials implementation, configuration, and customization.
- Experience with ERP integration, data migration, and financial reporting.
- Strong project management, stakeholder communication, and team leadership skills.
- Ability to analyze financial processes and deliver optimization strategies.
- Proficiency with cloud ERP platforms, enterprise technology, and hybrid delivery models.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Finance, or related field. Advanced degrees or professional certifications (MBA, PGDM, CA) are a plus.
- Minimum 10+ years of relevant experience in Oracle Cloud Financials or ERP implementation.
- Experience in managing teams, mentoring, and end-to-end project delivery.
- Ability to work across multiple time zones to support client projects.
