Responsibilities
As a PwC Oracle SCM Functional Consultant, you will:
- Implement and configure Oracle Fusion SCM modules such as Purchasing, iProcurement, iSupplier, Sourcing, Inventory, and Order Management.
- Participate in end-to-end Oracle EBS ERP/Cloud SCM implementations across multiple clients.
- Leverage India localization features to ensure compliance with local regulations and practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including technical consultants, project managers, and client stakeholders.
- Support business process analysis, gap analysis, and solution design to optimize supply chain processes.
- Provide training and support to client teams on Oracle SCM solutions.
- Maintain documentation, configuration records, and project deliverables according to PwC standards.
- Apply best practices in SCM functional consulting to ensure successful project delivery.
Required Skills & Experience
- 2–6 years of experience implementing Oracle EBS/Cloud SCM modules in India.
- Strong functional knowledge of:
- Purchasing, iProcurement, iSupplier
- Sourcing, Inventory, Order Management
- Familiarity with Oracle SCM configuration, setup, and testing.
- Good understanding of India localization features in Oracle SCM.
- Excellent communication and client interaction skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced project environments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with multiple Oracle SCM implementations (minimum 2 domestic projects).
- Oracle SCM certifications (preferred).
- Advanced degree such as MBA or B.Tech in relevant fields.
- Exposure to Oracle Cloud SCM modules.
