About the Role
As an Associate – Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer at PwC, you will be part of a team that helps global clients transform business operations by leveraging Dynamics 365 CRM, Azure services, and Power Platform. You’ll work on customization, integration, solution design, and application support across industries, delivering strategy-led and technology-enabled consulting solutions.
Key Responsibilities
As a Dynamics 365 Developer, you will:
- Implement new functionalities, enhancements, and bug fixes in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
- Develop and monitor system interfaces, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues.
- Customize and extend Dynamics 365 CRM using JavaScript, web resources, C#, and .NET assemblies.
- Build REST APIs and integrate Dynamics 365 with external systems.
- Participate in deployment activities, solution design, and architecture discussions.
- Conduct code reviews, approvals, and application demonstrations.
- Collaborate in Agile environments and ensure adherence to PwC’s implementation processes.
- Work closely with senior consultants on solution reviews, client presentations, and requirement analysis.
Required Skills & Expertise
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (Sales/Service modules).
- Expertise in client-side customization (JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, AJAX, JQuery) and server-side development (C#, .NET).
- Experience with REST APIs, middleware integrations, and data migration tools.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Azure services (App Services, Databases, Service Bus).
- Proficiency in Power Apps, Power Platform, and Power BI.
- Familiarity with source control tools (GIT, VSS).
- Strong troubleshooting and deployment skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- BE/B.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 3–4 years of relevant experience in Dynamics 365 development and customization.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
- Experience working in Agile delivery models.
