Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the implementation and configuration of Workday Planning modules for Finance Transformation projects.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather requirements, map business processes, and design solutions.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities using Workday Planning tools.
- Analyze financial data and prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for clients.
- Participate in testing, validation, and deployment of Workday Planning solutions.
- Identify opportunities to enhance business processes, efficiency, and reporting accuracy.
- Maintain high-quality documentation of business requirements, system design, and implementation workflows.
Skills & Competencies
- Foundational understanding of finance, accounting, and financial planning processes.
- Familiarity with Workday Planning, Workday HCM, or similar ERP systems is a plus.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for client interactions and teamwork.
- Ability to adapt quickly and learn Workday Planning tools and methodologies.
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality outputs.
Qualifications
- Chartered Accountant (CA) fresher or equivalent finance/accounting qualification.
- Strong academic record from a recognized institute.
- Willingness to travel for client engagements, if required.
