Key Responsibilities
- Develop project charters and define project scope aligned with business goals.
- Prepare project plans, schedules, and milestones using tools such as Microsoft Project.
- Engage and communicate effectively with stakeholders, clients, and government officials.
- Track project deliverables, monitor progress, and provide status updates and reports.
- Manage project budgets, dependencies, and critical paths proactively.
- Identify risks, devise contingency plans, and ensure project success criteria are met.
- Conduct “lessons learned” sessions to improve future project execution.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
- Contribute to practice development through mentoring, training, and thought leadership initiatives.
Required Skills & Expertise
- IT Consulting experience in government eGov, Smart City, or ULB projects.
- Strong project management capabilities and proficiency with tools like MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to handle complex assignments, work independently, and manage ambiguity.
- Skilled in problem-solving, trend analysis, and process improvement.
- Willingness to travel for domestic or international project assignments.
Preferred Skills:
- Exposure to Indian government initiatives and business ecosystem.
- Certifications such as PMP, Prince-2, TOGAF, ITIL, COBIT, Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt).
- Experience in consulting for international projects.
Educational Qualifications
- Postgraduate: MBA (preferred)
- Undergraduate: B.E / B.Tech / M.E / M.Tech in IT, Computer Science, Electronics, Telecommunication or MCA
