Key Responsibilities
- Lead Oracle Fusion technical development in ERP/Fusion SaaS and PaaS project implementations.
- Successfully complete Oracle Cloud (Fusion) implementations, minimum of 2 full-cycle projects.
- Develop, configure, and troubleshoot BI Publisher reports, FBDI/OTBI reports, and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
- Collaborate with functional consultants to ensure technical solutions align with business requirements.
- Provide technical support, testing, and quality assurance for Oracle Fusion applications.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership within the team.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle (SDLC): requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment.
- Stay updated with emerging Oracle technologies and recommend solutions to clients.
- Contribute to project planning, timelines, budgets, and deliver technical solutions on schedule.
- Communicate effectively with clients, project managers, and cross-functional teams.
Essential Skills
- Hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Applications and Oracle Cloud ERP.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle Database SQL and PLSQL.
- Expertise in BI Publisher reporting, FBDI, OTBI, and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions efficiently.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and mentoring abilities.
- Understanding of full SDLC processes from design to deployment.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience leading Oracle Fusion implementation projects.
- Knowledge of finance, supply chain, or HCM modules in Oracle Fusion.
- Prior experience mentoring or guiding junior technical team members.
