Key Responsibilities
SAP ABAP Development & Customization
- Design, develop, and implement standard and custom WRICEF objects in SAP.
- Define requirements, create architectural specifications, and perform feasibility analysis.
- Ensure integration with existing SAP systems and platforms.
- Lead development teams and maintain frequent collaboration with team members.
Coding, Testing & Quality Assurance
- Perform coding, unit testing, and QA in ABAP, HANA, BRF+, Web Dynpro, and related programming languages.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure high-quality deliverables for clients.
Client Interaction & Solution Delivery
- Lead or participate in client meetings for design and solutioning.
- Collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure smooth implementation and alignment with business requirements.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
Essential Skills
- Strong expertise in SAP ABAP development
- Hands-on experience with SAP HANA, BRF+, Web Dynpro
- Knowledge of WRICEF objects (Workflow, Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms)
- Experience in integration with existing SAP systems
- Excellent team collaboration, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a client-facing, advisory environment
Preferred Skills:
- Advanced ABAP programming skills
- Experience in SAP integration and custom development
- Familiarity with end-to-end SAP project lifecycle
Qualifications
