Key Responsibilities
- Participate in customer workshops for requirement gathering, pilot demonstrations, and training sessions.
- Perform system setups and configurations based on client HR requirements.
- Implement Oracle Fusion HCM or eBS HRMS solutions, including Payroll modules.
- Assist in testing, UAT (User Acceptance Testing), and end-to-end deployment of HR systems.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure seamless HR operations integration.
- Prepare functional documentation, process workflows, and reports for clients.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and adoption of best practices in HCM processes.
- Provide mentoring and guidance to junior team members, promoting knowledge sharing.
Skills and Qualifications
Mandatory Skills:
- Hands-on experience as an Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant.
- Experience in HRMS, Payroll, or Oracle eBS HR modules.
- Ability to participate effectively in client workshops and trainings.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of Oracle ERP systems and HR process optimization.
- Understanding of finance operations integration and regulatory compliance.
- Experience in multiple HR implementations within India.
Education Requirements:
- MBA, B.Tech, CA, or MCA (Full-time programs preferred).
