Responsibilities
- Implement and configure SAP solutions for finance, supply chain, HR, and sales processes.
- Perform workflow analysis, system testing, and data validation for ERP implementations.
- Lead development of predictive models and executive dashboards for reporting and alerting.
- Assist FI analysts in GL, AP, and AR processes and support issue resolution.
- Conduct integration testing, UAT, and go-live preparation for SAP modules.
- Prepare documentation, VISIO flow diagrams, and SOPs for super users and stakeholders.
- Develop web-based applications and dynamic reports using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Ajax, and SSRS.
- Configure and maintain Salesforce communities and action triggers for operational screens.
- Support migration, compliance audits (SOX), and operational process improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system specifications and implement ERP solutions.
Skills and Qualifications
Mandatory Skills:
- Strong SAP consulting experience in finance, supply chain, HCM, or sales modules.
- Proficiency in ERP systems, SQL, and data integration.
- Hands-on experience with system testing, UAT, and reporting tools.
Preferred Skills:
- Exposure to SAP HCM, APO, CRM, Salesforce, SOA, and web services.
- Ability to develop dashboards, predictive models, and automated processes.
- Knowledge of cloud deployment, analytics, and compliance frameworks.
Educational Requirements:
- B.E., B.Tech, M.Tech, MBA, or MCA in relevant fields.
