Deloitte India is seeking a Senior Consultant – Strategy & Pricing in the Customer Strategy & Design practice in Bengaluru. This role is ideal for professionals with deep expertise in Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) solutions, pricing strategy, and digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead CPQ implementations from functional design to deployment across complex enterprise environments.
- Advise clients on pricing strategy transformation and optimize quoting processes.
- Evaluate and resolve integration challenges between CPQ tools and other enterprise applications.
- Guide development teams on complex configurations, customizations, and low-level designs.
- Lead proof-of-concepts (PoCs) and functional feasibility assessments for new CPQ deployments.
- Train and mentor junior team members to strengthen the CPQ practice within Deloitte India.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical architects to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Conduct gap analysis, process documentation, and end-user training for CPQ solutions.
- Ensure data requirements, code documentation, and deployment protocols are followed accurately.
Skills & Expertise
- Strong CPQ functional knowledge: PriceFX, PROS, Vendavo, Congo.
- Experience in complex CPQ implementations and multi-module integration.
- Familiarity with object-oriented programming (Java, Groovy) and web technologies (HTML, JSON, REST APIs).
- Knowledge of SQL databases, data modeling, and application performance optimization.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage distributed teams and mentor junior consultants.
- Hands-on experience in functional design, prototyping, configuration, testing, and deployment of CPQ solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; MBA preferred.
- 8–12 years of experience in CPQ sales, pricing strategy, or digital transformation.
- Certification in at least one leading CPQ tool (PriceFX, PROS, Vendavo, Congo).
- Proven track record of delivering 2–3 large-scale CPQ implementation programs.
- Prior consulting experience with telecom, BFSI, or technology clients is advantageous.
