Summary

Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu India LLP is seeking a Technology & Transformation Manager – Java Springboot Full Stack in Mumbai. This role is ideal for experienced full stack developers, solution architects, and technical managers with a strong background in Java, Springboot, web development, and system integration. As a Manager in the Technology & Transformation (T&T) team, you will design, implement, and oversee scalable, secure, and high-performance software solutions while mentoring technical teams and collaborating with stakeholders. This is a hybrid, client-facing role with opportunities to work on cutting-edge technologies and strategic projects across multiple industries.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Design & Architecture

• Develop and document system architecture and solution designs aligned with business and technical requirements.
• Design scalable, secure, and high-performance full stack systems.
• Select appropriate technologies and tools to meet solution requirements.

System Integration & Implementation

• Oversee integration of systems and components, ensuring smooth data flow and interoperability.
• Lead technical design for new projects and system upgrades, including legacy and third-party applications.
• Define and manage technical processes for implementation, testing, and deployment.

Technical Leadership & Mentoring

• Provide guidance and mentorship to technical teams, ensuring adherence to best practices.
• Conduct design and implementation reviews to maintain quality and compliance.
• Lead technical decision-making with focus on scalability, security, and performance.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement

• Work with project managers, developers, operations teams, and business stakeholders for successful solution delivery.
• Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Risk Management & Quality Assurance

• Identify and mitigate potential risks in solution design and system integration.
• Ensure solutions comply with security policies, data privacy standards, and industry regulations.
• Conduct performance and load testing for system reliability.

Documentation & Reporting

• Develop technical documentation, architectural diagrams, and integration guides.
• Report progress and key decisions to senior management.

Required Skills & Expertise

• Hands-on experience in Java, Springboot, J2EE, WebLogic/WebSphere, JSP, Servlets, EJB, XML, Oracle, DB2, MS/SQL.
• Proven track record in full stack software development and solution architecture.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Expertise in system integration, deployment, and scalable architecture design.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and mentoring skills.
• Ability to analyze complex problems and deliver actionable solutions.

Desired Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 12+ years of experience in software development, system architecture, or technology management.
• Experience in public sector or large enterprise projects is a plus.

• Base location: Mumbai (Hybrid model with occasional client travel)
