Key Responsibilities
- Deliver end-to-end SAP ABAP application development and maintenance.
- Collaborate with global IT teams across multiple interfaces and projects.
- Provide troubleshooting, debugging, and technical solutioning for complex issues.
- Write high-quality business requirement specifications and test documentation.
- Suggest and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance processes.
- Work across application maintenance, development, and integration projects.
Required Skills & Expertise
- Strong functional and technical knowledge of SAP ABAP.
- Hands-on experience in application maintenance and development projects.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges effectively.
- Skilled in requirement gathering, solution documentation, and test planning.
- Proven experience in working with global IT landscapes and multi-application interfaces.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
Qualifications
- BE/BTech degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Prior consulting or IT services experience is highly preferred.
- Strong exposure to global project environments.
