Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business and technology teams to design and implement AI/ML models and algorithms.
- Develop predictive and prescriptive analytics solutions using advanced machine learning and deep learning techniques.
- Customize large language models (LLMs) to create generative AI solutions across business functions.
- Build and maintain data pipelines for intake, validation, and visualization.
- Deploy machine learning models into production environments using cloud platforms.
- Translate mathematical insights into business-ready stories and presentations.
- Conduct A/B testing and performance evaluations of ML models.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in AI, ML, NLP, and data science technologies.
Required Skills & Expertise
Technical Skills
- Strong programming skills in Python with hands-on experience in TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn.
- Solid knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and distributed computing.
- Proficiency in SQL/NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Experience in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker).
- Familiarity with Git/version control and experimentation tools like Jupyter Notebooks.
- Strong knowledge of data visualization tools (Tableau, Matplotlib, Flask, or Streamlit).
Business & Communication Skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities with the capacity to work independently.
- Excellent storyboarding and presentation skills to translate AI insights into business value.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- 3–7 years of relevant work experience in AI/ML/Data Science.
- Master’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, or Computer Science, OR MBA in AI/Analytics/Data Science.
- Proven track record of deploying machine learning models in production.
