Key Responsibilities
- Oracle ERP Cloud Implementation & Support
- Implement, configure, and maintain Oracle Fusion Manufacturing and Costing modules.
- Perform data migration, validation, and troubleshooting during deployments.
- Provide functional support for end-users, ensuring smooth operations.
- Reporting & Data Management
- Build and manage reports using BI Publisher, OTBI, and FRS.
- Use SQL/PLSQL for complex data extraction and manipulation.
- Ensure accurate reporting integrations with Excel, Smart View, and other tools.
- Collaboration & Process Optimization
- Work with stakeholders to capture requirements and develop scalable solutions.
- Document processes, configurations, and provide knowledge-sharing resources.
- Contribute to user training and adoption of Oracle Fusion features.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion ERP modules (Manufacturing, Costing).
- Proficiency in SQL/PLSQL, BI Publisher, OTBI, FRS.
- Understanding of Oracle Cloud Data Model and security structure.
- Experience with data migration tools: FBDI, ADFDI, HDL.
- Familiarity with Web Services integration and automation.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience across Oracle ERP Finance, SCM, and HCM modules.
- Exposure to cloud reporting tools and analytics.
- Strong business process knowledge with a focus on BPM and reporting strategy.
- Certification in Oracle ERP Cloud/Fusion is a plus.
