About the Role
As a Project Consultant – Infrastructure Advisory at EY New Delhi, you will work within the Strategy and Transactions (SaT) practice, supporting government and public sector clients in designing and implementing large-scale infrastructure and public service projects. You’ll contribute to transaction analysis, project structuring, valuations, and financial modeling while advising on risk, deal structuring, and capital allocation.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate deal issues and transaction risks, and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Conduct valuation and financial analysis to support transactions and infrastructure projects.
- Advise clients on transaction structuring, capital efficiency, and funding strategies.
- Support project finance and advisory work across transport, energy, healthcare, urban development, and social infrastructure sectors.
- Collaborate with EY’s global and local teams to deliver insights and innovative solutions for public sector clients.
