Key Responsibilities
As an EY EPM-Anaplan Manager Consultant, you will:
- Act as an Anaplan Solution Architect, designing and implementing Anaplan models for clients.
- Lead end-to-end Anaplan implementations for Financial Planning, Supply Chain Planning, and Sales/Incentive Compensation Management.
- Manage data integration, model optimization, and functional design documentation.
- Conduct client workshops, gather requirements, and develop scalable planning solutions.
- Provide training and guidance to end users and client teams.
- Work in Agile/Scrum environments for project delivery.
- Collaborate across global teams to deliver high-quality consulting services.
Required Experience & Qualifications
Must-Have
- 10–14 years of Anaplan modeling experience, including at least 5 full-cycle implementations.
- Strong consulting background in Sales Performance Planning, Financial Planning, or Supply Chain.
- Certified Anaplan Solution Architect (mandatory).
- Advanced skills in multi-dimensional modeling.
- Hands-on expertise with Excel (advanced formulae, mockups).
- Experience with Anaplan Optimizer, PlanIQ, ALM, and integration methods.
- Familiarity with SCRUM/Agile methodologies.
Preferred
- MBA in Finance, Operations, or Supply Chain.
- Master Anaplanner certification.
- Strong client-facing communication skills across multiple time zones.
Technical Skills
- Advanced knowledge of Anaplan models, modules, lists, line items, subsets, dashboards, and calculations.
- Proven ability to design, develop, and maintain planning models.
- Exposure to upgrades, rollouts, and support projects in Anaplan.
- Strong documentation and business requirement analysis skills.
People Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities in client-facing roles.
- Strong problem-solving mindset and positive attitude.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid (office + remote) model.
