Responsibilities
As a Project Consultant – Digital Risk at EY Mumbai, your responsibilities will include:
- Managing end-to-end technology hardware asset lifecycle.
- Handling asset capacity planning, procurement validation, and onboarding.
- Managing IT stores, inventory transfers, and disposal of assets.
- Overseeing incident and request management through ITSM tools.
- Ensuring compliance in asset disposal, transfers, and audits.
- Coordinating with OEM vendors for repairs, replacements, and maintenance.
- Managing vendor services, audits, service requests, and incident ticketing.
- Driving performance and risk metrics management.
