Key Responsibilities
As a Project Consultant – Digital Risk (EY Mumbai), you will:
- Oversee end-to-end technology hardware asset lifecycle management.
- Handle asset capacity planning and requirement analysis for business needs.
- Liaise with stakeholders to ensure smooth management of IT asset requirements.
- Manage metrics related to technology performance and risk.
- Validate and initiate procurement requests for IT assets.
- Track incoming assets, manage onboarding, and ensure tagging in systems.
- Oversee IT stores management and inventory control, including transfers and disposal.
- Manage asset issuance, collection, and request fulfillment through ITSM tools.
- Coordinate with OEMs for maintenance, repairs, or replacements.
- Ensure compliant disposal of retired assets following EY guidelines.
- Manage vendor services, audits, asset exchanges, and ticket resolution.
