💼 Key Responsibilities

🔍 Cybersecurity Assessments & Controls Review

• Conduct and supervise audits across ITGC, ITAC, network, cloud, database, and system architecture layers.
• Assess compliance against frameworks like ISO 27001, NIST, SOX, HIPAA, and PCI-DSS.
• Lead and review Cyber Maturity Assessments, Data Privacy Audits, and Recovery Management Evaluations.
• Manage third-party risk reviews and perform GDPR and privacy impact assessments.

🧠 Strategic Risk Consulting

• Apply risk management principles to evaluate control effectiveness and operational risks.
• Deliver insights and recommendations for improving cybersecurity posture.
• Draft and review IT policies and ensure compliance with enterprise and industry standards.

👥 Client & Team Leadership

• Lead cybersecurity engagements and manage client relationships (CISOs, CIOs, IT Heads).
• Mentor junior team members and ensure quality in deliverables.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and global EY practices.

🛠️ Skills & Attributes for Success

• Experience with regulatory audits: FRM, GDPR, J-SOX, SOX 404.
• Deep understanding of IT controls, infrastructure security, incident response, and cloud security.
• Proficiency in data analysis using SQL; familiarity with IAM, IT Asset Management, FTP.
• Strong knowledge of program management, risk frameworks, and cyber policies.
• Excellent client communication, project management, and documentation skills.

🎓 Qualifications

✅ Must-Have

• 6+ years of experience in Cybersecurity Consulting, IT Audit, or Technology Risk.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or related field.
• Hands-on experience in at least two of the following:
  • ISO/NIST/Cyber Maturity Assessments
  • Network or Infrastructure Security Audits
  • Data Privacy, GDPR Compliance
  • ITGC/ITAC/IT Policies Review
  • IAM/IT Asset Management

✅ Nice-to-Have

• Certifications: CISA, CISM, CISSP, CRISC, CEH, or ISO 27001 Lead Auditor.
• Experience with privacy laws, software development life cycle (SDLC), or data visualization tools (Tableau, Qlik).
• Familiarity with cloud security, DevSecOps, or penetration testing.
