Key Responsibilities
- Lead the tender process fairly and identify bidders meeting technical, budget, and schedule requirements.
- Collaborate with engineering, legal, and commercial teams to develop comprehensive bid packages.
- Ensure vendor qualification is completed per TPL compliance and procedures.
- Issue RFQs (Request for Quotation), expedite responses, and evaluate offers.
- Conduct technical and commercial analysis of bids, highlighting gaps or clarifications.
- Recommend bidder selection based on multidisciplinary evaluations.
- Drive procurement excellence with a focus on timely, cost-effective, and compliant vendor engagement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Instrumentation Engineering.
- Proven experience in EPC projects within Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, or Industrial sectors.
- Hands-on expertise in tendering, bid evaluation, vendor management, and compliance.
- Strong knowledge of contractual terms and procurement procedures.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Preferred Skills
- EPC background with companies like L&T, Toyo, Technip, Reliance, Worley.
- Short notice period preferred.
- Ability to handle multiple procurement projects simultaneously.
