Responsibilities
As a Deployment Planner, your key duties will include:
- Managing assigned customer accounts across the complete order life cycle (setup, entry, modification, and escalations).
- Acting as the single point of contact between customers, parts distribution centers, manufacturing plants, and cross-functional teams.
- Ensuring orders are processed, tracked, and shipped within agreed deadlines.
- Providing accurate documentation and regular communication to customers throughout the order fulfillment process.
- Escalating complex issues with supporting documentation to higher-level customer support.
- Maintaining accurate records of all customer interactions in the system/database.
- Ensuring compliance with export policies and compiling required shipping/export documentation.
- Supporting departmental goals to enhance customer service and order management efficiency.
Skills & Qualifications
- 3–6 years of experience in order management, logistics, or business planning.
- Strong knowledge of customer order management processes.
- Ability to handle escalations and resolve issues effectively.
- Experience with export documentation and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and record-keeping skills.
- Proficiency in working with cross-functional teams and order management systems.
