Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Platform Vision
- Define and deliver BCG’s global SACM strategy and roadmap.
- Establish the CMDB as a trusted, real-time system of record across cloud, on-prem, and hybrid environments.
- Embed SACM into observability, incident response, and governance frameworks.
- Champion automation, transparency, and traceability across IT assets.
Automation & Integration
- Build and operate a fully automated CMDB with bi-directional integrations across inventory, CICD, monitoring, and ITSM tools.
- Enable cross-functional access via APIs, dashboards, and workflows.
- Integrate SACM with change, release, and problem management to reduce risks and accelerate deployments.
Operational Excellence & SRE Alignment
- Apply SRE principles to ensure reliability and resilience of SACM.
- Support real-time decision-making by embedding SACM into observability platforms.
- Define and monitor SLOs and KPIs for SACM health and impact.
Governance, Compliance & Asset Management
- Ensure accurate, auditable asset and configuration data.
- Support compliance, license management, and lifecycle governance.
- Collaborate with security, finance, and architecture teams to enforce standards.
Leadership & Collaboration
- Lead a global team of engineers, analysts, and operations specialists.
- Partner across security, infrastructure, and platform teams to maximize SACM value.
- Drive a culture of operational excellence, innovation, and accountability.
Required Qualifications
- 12+ years in IT operations, infrastructure, or platform engineering.
- 5+ years leading CMDB, ITSM, or SACM functions.
- Strong knowledge of ITIL frameworks, service management, and automation platforms.
- Experience with SRE practices, CICD, and observability systems.
Preferred Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow, BMC, Jira Service Management.
- Expertise in AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud platforms.
- Certifications in ITIL, SACM, SRE, or cloud/DevOps tools.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $181,000 – $221,000 (based on experience).
- Up to 30% annual bonus.
