Key Responsibilities
As a Global IT Endpoint Engineer Senior Specialist at BCG, you will:
Endpoint Engineering & Deployment
- Manage Windows imaging, upgrades, and deployments across 35,000+ endpoints.
- Package, test, and roll out updates using SCCM, Intune, and Autopilot.
- Ensure smooth integration of operating system builds with application teams.
Troubleshooting & Optimization
- Provide end-user support via ServiceNow, focusing on performance and user experience.
- Troubleshoot Windows event logs, Windows Hello for Business, and endpoint issues.
- Optimize Windows laptop stability, performance, and user productivity.
Cloud & Hybrid Endpoint Management
- Implement Entra ID, Intune, and Hybrid Autopilot deployments.
- Enhance endpoint security, compliance, and monitoring using enterprise IT tools.
Collaboration & Process Improvement
- Work with global IT teams in Asia, Europe, and the U.S. to support worldwide users.
- Collaborate across technical teams and application owners to ensure system usability.
- Participate in Agile processes with Jira for IT project delivery.
Required Skills & Experience
- 5–7 years of professional experience in IT endpoint or Windows engineering.
- Strong expertise in SCCM (packaging, imaging, configuration, collection management).
- Proficiency in cloud-based technologies: Intune, Autopilot, and Entra ID.
- Hands-on experience with Windows OS imaging, deployment, and troubleshooting at scale.
- Knowledge of PowerShell scripting for automation.
- Experience in change/release management and production rollouts.
- Familiarity with IT platforms such as ServiceNow, Aternity, Power BI, Power Automate.
- Ability to document technical processes, present findings, and collaborate globally.
