Key Responsibilities
As HR Manager – Employee Relations at BCG Gurgaon, you will:
- Lead employee relations (ER) strategy across all India entities.
- Collaborate with HR, Legal, Risk, Compliance, and leadership teams to manage ER processes.
- Design and implement best-practice ER policies and tools (e.g., PIPs, investigations, redundancies, terminations).
- Conduct and oversee HR investigations and advise on outcomes.
- Align local practices with global employee relations standards.
- Drive change management initiatives within HR.
- Deliver employee training programs on workplace conduct and ER issues.
- Lead compliance audits, reporting, and risk assessments.
- Build a positive, fair, and inclusive workplace culture aligned with BCG’s values.
Skills & Competencies

- Proven expertise in employee relations (8+ years, preferably in multinational organizations).
- Strong legal and compliance knowledge for HR in India.

Qualifications
- Post-graduate degree in HR, Business, Law, or related field (preferred).
- Minimum 8+ years of HR/ER experience in a professional services or corporate environment.
- Demonstrated success in HR strategy, employee relations, and compliance management.
