Responsibilities
As a Senior Endpoint Engineer at BCG, you will:
- Lead Windows OS image creation, testing, and global deployment.
- Manage large-scale endpoint environments (~35,000 devices).
- Use SCCM, Intune, and Autopilot for OS deployment and endpoint management.
- Package, configure, and deploy Windows updates and upgrades.
- Collaborate with global cross-functional IT and application teams.
- Troubleshoot and optimize Windows performance and user experience.
- Work in Agile environments with tools such as Jira.
- Contribute to release/change management and coordinate Microsoft support cases.
- Document technical processes, create user guides, and present solutions effectively.
Required Skills & Experience
- 5–7 years of IT engineering experience in endpoint management.
- Expertise in SCCM packaging, configuration, and deployment.
- Strong background in cloud-based endpoint tools: Intune, Autopilot, Entra ID.
- Proficiency with Windows OS, PowerShell, and system diagnostics.
- Familiarity with Windows Hello for Business and troubleshooting.
- Experience with ServiceNow ticket handling and user support.
- Knowledge of enterprise IT tools: Aternity, Active Directory, Power BI, Microsoft Power Automate.
- Proven ability to work across global teams and time zones.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
- Strong communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrated experience in process improvement and IT service delivery.
- Ability to work independently as well as in globally distributed teams.
