Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end ERP solution design and delivery from requirement analysis to post-implementation support.
- Collaborate with client stakeholders, BCG partners, and Platinion experts to define ERP strategies.
- Architect scalable ERP systems considering functionality, performance, integration, and security.
- Guide technical teams, ensuring quality, compliance, and industry best practices.
- Review project deliverables (functional/technical specifications, test cases, architecture documents).
- Troubleshoot ERP implementation challenges and mitigate project risks.
- Act as a trusted advisor to CTOs, CIOs, and digital leaders during ERP transformations.
- Contribute to business development, proposals, and client presentations.
- Mentor junior consultants and support practice building in ERP/SCM domains.
- Provide thought leadership on ERP and digital transformation trends.
Skills & Qualifications
- 15+ years of ERP consulting experience, including 10+ years in ERP design and delivery.
- Strong background in SAP S/4HANA (PP/MM/SD/FICO/PM/PS modules) or equivalent ERP platforms.
- Expertise in enterprise architecture, APIs, microservices, Industry 4.0, IoT, and digital platforms.
- Proven ability to engage C-level executives and influence technology roadmaps.
- Hands-on technical skills in databases, programming, and system integration.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and leadership skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Industry experience in Automotive, Industrial Goods, Oil & Gas, Pharma, Life Sciences, or Retail.
