Key Responsibilities
Risk & Advisory Leadership
- Act as a strategic compliance advisor to senior leadership.
- Lead risk-based compliance assessments (bribery, corruption, insider trading, conflicts of interest, third-party risk).
- Identify emerging risks through proactive analysis and recommend mitigation strategies.
Stakeholder Influence & Decision Support
- Build strong partnerships with MDPs, Legal, and Risk teams across Asia Pacific.
- Provide data-driven insights to enable informed decision-making.
- Influence compliance adoption across regional leadership.
Program Execution & Monitoring
- Implement and monitor compliance guardrails, policies, and escalation processes.
- Drive KPIs and reporting for regional and global compliance effectiveness.
- Lead compliance-related projects for efficiency and alignment with global priorities.
Training, Communication & Culture
- Design and deliver compliance training programs across APAC.
- Translate complex regulatory frameworks into business-friendly practices.
- Promote a culture of compliance and ethical business conduct.
Leadership & Team Development
- Mentor and coach junior compliance team members.
- Act as a role model for professional integrity and accountability.
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, or related field (advanced degree preferred).
- 8–10 years’ experience in compliance, risk management, audit, or legal roles within multinational organizations.
- Strong expertise in bribery and corruption, insider trading, conflicts of interest, third-party risk, and regulatory compliance.
- Proven project management and leadership skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- High integrity, proactive problem-solving, and ability to work independently.
