Key Responsibilities
As a Global Product Senior Manager at BCG, you will:
- Manage a portfolio of 20+ analytics products across the Knowledge Product ecosystem.
- Lead a team of 3 analysts and 5–7 engineers, driving analytics product development.
- Define and execute the strategic vision for product analytics, aligned with BCG’s business goals.
- Build AI/ML-powered analytics solutions to transform data into actionable insights.
- Serve as the voice of the customer, ensuring user needs drive product innovation.
- Oversee data governance, compliance, and quality assurance.
- Collaborate with product owners, engineers, analysts, and data platform teams globally.
- Promote Agile principles, ensuring incremental delivery and measurable impact.
- Mentor team members to scale analytics maturity and best practices across BCG.
Required Skills & Expertise
- 10+ years in product management, ownership, or business analysis (preferably data & AI).
- Proven track record with analytics or enterprise data platforms.
- Strong skills in data visualization (Tableau, Power BI) and storytelling with dashboards.
- Expertise in AI/ML and Generative AI integration into product strategies.
- Knowledge of data governance, GDPR/CCPA compliance, and quality assurance.
- Proficiency in data architecture (ETL, Snowflake pipelines, structured/unstructured data).
- Hands-on with web/app analytics (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics).
- Strong background in Agile delivery with tools like JIRA and Confluence.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Education & Certifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Data Science, Computer Science, or related fields.
- Agile certifications (e.g., PSPO, CSPO) preferred.
