Key Responsibilities
- Leadership & Project Management
- Lead, manage, and supervise SAP FICO tasks, projects, and milestones.
- Ensure successful delivery of ERP Finance & Controlling initiatives.
- Process Design & Improvement
- Analyze and optimize financial operations through SAP FICO.
- Implement best practices in finance and controlling processes.
- Continuous Improvement
- Support strategic decision-making with data-driven insights.
- Drive innovation in ERP Finance systems to improve efficiency.
Skills & Experience Required
- Minimum 12 years of SAP FICO consulting experience.
- At least 4 years in a senior/leadership role.
- Proven track record of multiple full-cycle SAP FICO implementation projects.
- Strong expertise in S/4HANA implementations (highly desirable).
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and project management skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, IT, or related field.
- SAP Certification is mandatory.
