Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Consultant – Java Spring Boot Full Stack, you will:
- Design, develop, and deploy Java-based enterprise applications using Spring Boot and Angular
- Collaborate with stakeholders including CxO-level executives to understand business requirements
- Lead cross-functional teams, mentor junior developers, and ensure timely project delivery
- Analyze existing processes and implement automation solutions with RPA tools such as UI Path
- Ensure proper documentation during design, testing, UAT, and production phases
- Solve day-to-day technical challenges and provide scalable, maintainable solutions
- Partner with business owners and process leaders to design automation workflows and transformation strategies
Desired Skills & Qualifications
- 8–10 years of hands-on experience with Java, SQL, Angular, and Full Stack Engineering
- Strong knowledge of Spring Boot, enterprise-grade system design, and development best practices
- Excellent communication skills with proven ability to collaborate with leadership teams
- Team management and cross-departmental collaboration experience
- Industry experience in Consumer Durables is a plus
- Familiarity with RPA tools like UI Path is preferred
- Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to thrive in a hybrid working model
