Key Responsibilities
As a Program Manager – Technology & Transformation, you will:
- Lead large-scale technology projects from conception to deployment.
- Design, develop, and deploy engineering solutions using best practices and design principles.
- Oversee automation processes and RPA workflows, ensuring efficiency, maintainability, and scalability.
- Facilitate change management, process redesign, and structured implementation.
- Resolve day-to-day technical and operational issues during development and production phases.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation including UAT test procedures and production support guidelines.
- Collaborate with business and process owners to map as-is processes and design automation strategies.
- Drive cross-functional coordination, ensuring seamless delivery across multiple teams and stakeholders.
Skills & Qualifications
Required Skills
- B.Tech/BE in Computer Science or Information Technology.
- 15+ years of experience in software delivery leadership and program management.
- Hands-on experience in at least 3 projects with durations exceeding 1 year.
- Expertise in technology orchestration, agile frameworks, API integrations, CI/CD, and application architecture.
- Knowledge of security standards, robotics process automation, and performance optimization.
- Strong analytical, leadership, and client management skills.
- Effective communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management capabilities.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with data management, business intelligence, visualization, cloud technologies, and next-generation analytics.
- Familiarity with cognitive computing, machine learning, and big data solutions.
- Proven track record of driving innovative solutions in enterprise environments.
Location & Work Model
