Deloitte India is hiring an experienced Oracle HCM OTL Senior Consultant to lead Oracle Time and Labor (OTL) implementations across Mumbai, Delhi, and Kolkata. This role is designed for HR technology experts with hands-on experience in Oracle HCM Cloud OTL and Core HR modules, full lifecycle project delivery, and advanced configuration skills. You will design, configure, and implement Oracle OTL solutions, manage absence and timecard processes, write complex Fast Formulas, and provide end-user training. The role offers exposure to HR transformation projects, client-facing responsibilities, and opportunities to drive business process optimization in a collaborative, hybrid work environment.

Key Responsibilities
As an Oracle HCM OTL Senior Consultant, you will:
- Lead full lifecycle implementations of Oracle HCM OTL and Core HR modules.
- Configure timecards, timecard layouts, processing profiles, and approval workflows.
- Implement absence management, including absence types, plans, accrual logic, validations, and workflows.
- Write complex Fast Formulas for OTL and Absence calculations.
- Provide end-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud support, including testing, UAT, cutover, and post-go-live activities.
- Conduct client workshops, requirement gathering, CRPs, and process validations.
- Customize page personalization and advanced Oracle HCM features like Journeys, Grow, and ME.
- Train HR teams, managers, and employees to ensure optimal utilization of Oracle HCM Cloud systems.
- Stay updated on Oracle HCM Cloud enhancements and recommend process improvements.
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to align business requirements with technical solutions.
Skills & Qualifications
Required Skills
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle HCM OTL and Core HR modules.
- Proven expertise in full lifecycle HCM implementations (6+ implementations preferred).
- Strong experience in Absence module configuration, OTL setup, Fast Formulas, and approval workflows.
- Knowledge of Oracle Core HR configuration: organization structures, positions, job management, employee data, probation, transfers, promotions, salary, letters, exit management, and Journeys.
- Excellent communication, client-facing, and analytical skills.
- Ability to meet project deadlines and deliver high-quality results.
- Experience in end-user support and Oracle HCM Cloud training.
Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
