Key Responsibilities
As an Oracle HCM OTL Manager, you will:
- Lead end-to-end Oracle HCM OTL module implementations, including Timecard processing, layouts, profiles, and approval workflows.
- Configure and manage Absence Management, including absence types, plans, accrual logics, validations, restrictions, and approval workflows.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to map business requirements to Oracle HCM features.
- Design, build, and maintain Fast Formulas for OTL and Absence modules for complex business scenarios.
- Participate in all project phases: requirement gathering, workshops, CRPs, design, configuration, testing, UAT, cutover, go-live, and support.
- Provide end-user training to HR teams, managers, and employees to maximize system adoption.
- Stay updated with Oracle HCM Cloud updates, assess impacts, and implement process improvements.
- Guide teams on Page Personalization, system customization, and advanced functionalities like Oracle ME, Grow, and Journeys.
Skills & Qualifications
Required Skills
- 8+ full lifecycle Oracle HCM Cloud implementation experience.
- Strong expertise in OTL module and Absence Management module.
- Proven ability in Fast Formula creation, system configuration, and HR process optimization.
- Hands-on experience with Page Personalization, security, and approval workflows.
- Strong client-facing, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to meet project deadlines and ensure quality delivery.
Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.

- Base location: Bengaluru / PAN India
