Key Responsibilities
As a Full Stack Senior Consultant, you will:
- Design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade applications using Java Spring Boot and front-end frameworks.
- Build and configure microservices, RESTful APIs, and cloud-native solutions.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to analyze business processes and implement automation workflows.
- Ensure scalable, maintainable, and secure coding practices in all projects.
- Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to junior developers.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for UAT, production deployments, and testing procedures.
- Troubleshoot issues in applications, APIs, and automation processes.
- Participate in agile development cycles, sprint planning, and DevOps deployment processes.
Skills & Qualifications
Required Skills
- 10+ years of experience as a full-stack developer.
- Advanced knowledge of Java, Spring Boot, Node.js, and front-end technologies (React.js, Angular, Vue.js).
- Strong database expertise (SQL/NoSQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, MySQL).
- Experience in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Proficient in containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Expertise in microservices architecture and API design.
- Knowledge of security standards, OWASP, GDPR compliance.
- Strong leadership, mentoring, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with serverless architectures and event-driven programming.
- Understanding of UI/UX design principles.
- Experience in enterprise-level software solutions and large-scale systems.
- Certifications in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) or related technologies.
Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Engineering.
- Master’s degree is a plus.
Location & Working Model
- Base Location: Mumbai (also applicable for Bangalore, Delhi, Pune, Hyderabad).
