Nestlé IT Hub is seeking a highly skilled Technical Expert – Data Integration / Integration Specialist to join our Business Solutions Integrations (BSI) team in Bengaluru, India. In this role, you will design, develop, and orchestrate data, process, and digital integration solutions using platforms such as Azure Data Factory (ADF), SAP PO, CPI, MuleSoft, Confluent, Logic Apps, and LTRS. Key Responsibilities

As a BSI Technical Expert – Data Integration, you will:

• Collaborate with architects to design data, process, and digital integration solutions.
• Translate requirements into integration deliverables for development and implementation.
• Design, build, and deploy solutions using ADF, LTRS, SAP PO, CPI, MuleSoft, Confluent, Logic Apps, and related platforms.
• Act as a first point of contact for project teams, managing demand and transition from engineering to sustain.
• Partner with Operations Managers and Sustain teams to orchestrate operational improvements.
• Propose performance enhancements to improve platform efficiency and reliability.
• Support product engineering and digital initiatives aligned with BSI standards.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in software delivery, project, or product management.
• Strong background in integration platforms (ADF, LTRS, SAP PO, CPI, Logic Apps, MuleSoft, Confluent).
• Experience with agile methodologies and large-scale solution delivery.
• Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills to work with diverse, multicultural teams.
• Fluent in English (oral and written).

Bonus Points if You Have

• Experience with Azure platform (especially Data Factory).
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, Power BI, and Power Apps.
• Knowledge of process automation and digital integration strategies.
