Key Responsibilities
As an SAP PPDS Manager at EY, your role will include:
- Leading end-to-end SAP PPDS/PP implementation projects (3–4 minimum).
- Designing, customizing, and configuring SAP PP/PPDS in S/4HANA environments.
- Handling supply chain planning, production scheduling, campaign planning, setup matrix, and block planning.
- Managing MRP, external procurement relationships, heuristics, and optimizers.
- Supporting CIF integration, RICEF testing, and FS documentation.
- Collaborating across onsite-offshore/nearshore hybrid delivery models.
- Integrating planning solutions (IBP, APO, and third-party solutions).
- Coordinating system testing, cutover activities, go-live, and operations.
- Providing expertise in Shelf-Life Planning, Safety Stock Planning, MRP Live, and Shop Floor Control.
- Ensuring seamless integration with Batch Management and Quality Management modules.
Skills & Attributes for Success
- Strong SAP PPDS, SAP PP, and CIF integration knowledge.
- Deep expertise in Supply Chain Planning and Production Planning.
- Hands-on SAP S/4HANA PPDS customization/configuration.
- Proficiency in requirements gathering, user stories, blueprints, and system configuration.
- Strong knowledge of ETO, Make to Stock, and Make to Order planning processes.
- Excellent communication, client-facing, and project management skills.
- Ability to work in multi-model delivery structures (onsite/offshore).
Qualifications
- 7–11 years of SAP consulting experience (minimum 3–4 full-cycle implementations).
- Strong domain experience in supply chain planning.
- Expertise in SAP S/4HANA PPDS, PP, APO, IBP, and third-party planning tools.
- Postgraduate degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field preferred.
