Key Responsibilities
As an SAP PMO Manager at EY Consulting in Trivandrum, you will:
- Develop and implement PMO processes, policies, and governance frameworks.
- Oversee a portfolio of SAP projects including implementations, upgrades, and enhancements.
- Lead project planning sessions and provide guidance to SAP project managers and teams.
- Monitor project progress with a focus on risk management, budget control, and timelines.
- Ensure SAP projects meet quality, scope, and budget requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional business, IT, and vendor teams.
- Serve as the liaison between executive leadership and project managers.

- Drive continuous improvement in SAP project management methodologies.
Required Experience & Qualifications
- 8–11 years of relevant experience in SAP PMO.
- Successfully managed at least three end-to-end SAP implementations.
- Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA and SAP module landscapes.
- Graduate degree from a reputed institution.
- Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or equivalent) preferred.
- Valid passport with willingness to travel for domestic and international client engagements.
