Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Consultant – SAP Commissions at EY Hyderabad, you will:
- Execute production activities in SAP Commissions UI and SQL Server, including running interfaces and transferring data between systems.
- Perform detailed data analysis, audits, and reconciliations to troubleshoot commission and payment issues.
- Drive process improvements within the sales compensation system.
- Define requirements for system enhancements and coordinate with development teams.
- Test bug fixes, validate system changes, and ensure smooth implementation.
- Collaborate with business end users to communicate issues and solutions effectively.
- Provide business expertise in sales compensation functional areas.
- Support production activities by analyzing and troubleshooting commission-related issues.
- Participate in project teams while also working independently with diverse stakeholders.
Skills & Expertise Required
- Hands-on experience with SAP Commissions (Callidus).
- Strong proficiency in SQL (SQL Server) and MS Excel.
- Ability to implement functional solutions to improve sales compensation processes.
- Solid skills in data reconciliation and troubleshooting of complex business systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or related discipline.
- 3–7 years of experience in SAP Commissions, sales compensation systems, and related data analysis.
