Responsibilities
As a Senior Project Consultant – Business Consulting at EY Gurgaon, you will:
- Lead project delivery for government and public sector transformation programs.
- Manage engagement risk, budgeting, and deliverable content.
- Supervise and coach junior team members to ensure effective project execution.
- Support business development efforts including proposals, RFP responses, and concept notes.
- Liaise with key government decision-makers and stakeholders to define project requirements.
- Track project progress, manage risks, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
- Facilitate delivery of large-scale transformation initiatives across finance, business operations, and supply chain.
- Contribute to process improvement, city planning, SOP development, and strategic consulting projects.
