Key Responsibilities
As an EY Oracle FCCS Senior, you will:
- Lead preparation and review of consolidated financial statements as per Ind AS, IFRS, or US GAAP.
- Drive timely and accurate consolidation for month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close.
- Perform intercompany eliminations, equity accounting, and minority interest calculations.
- Manage foreign currency translation for multi-jurisdictional entities.
- Collaborate with regional finance teams and controllers to validate financial data.
- Analyze consolidated results and prepare variance reports vs. budget and prior periods.
- Maintain the group chart of accounts for consistency across subsidiaries.
- Support audit requirements with schedules and documentation.
- Contribute to finance automation and process improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and corporate financial policies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Chartered Accountant (CA), CPA, or equivalent preferred.
- 4–7/8 years of experience in financial consolidation and accounting.
- Proven expertise in end-to-end Oracle FCCS implementations.
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards and consolidation methodologies.
- Experience working in multi-entity, multinational environments.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and attention to detail.
Preferred Skills
- Prior experience in finance transformation projects.
- Hands-on involvement in Oracle FCCS end-to-end implementations.
- Exposure to Agile or Waterfall project methodologies.
- Experience in large corporates or multinational organizations.
- Passion for automation and modern finance practices.
- Oracle FCCS certification strongly preferred.
