Key Responsibilities
As an EY Oracle ARCS Manager, you will:
- Lead end-to-end Oracle Cloud Reconciliation (ARCS) strategy, design, and deployment.
- Configure and optimize reconciliation profiles, formats, rules, workflows, and approvals.
- Drive automation for reconciliations, aging rules, and financial close cycle efficiency.
- Manage data integration via Data Exchange for both balance-level and transaction-level reconciliations.
- Oversee testing phases (unit, integration, UAT) to ensure system readiness and adoption.
- Create governance, documentation standards, training modules, and knowledge transfer.
- Define KPIs, track adoption metrics, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Partner with Finance, IT, and Compliance leaders to align on reconciliation strategies.
- Coach and mentor project teams to deliver best-in-class Oracle ARCS implementations.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders on Oracle EPM transformation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, IT, or related fields.
- 8–12 years of experience with full-cycle Oracle ARCS implementations.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and reconciliation processes.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and working knowledge of reporting tools.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Preferred Skills
- Proven leadership in finance transformation and reconciliation projects.
- Expertise in stakeholder alignment across Finance, IT, and Compliance.
- Knowledge of SOX controls, audit compliance, and regulatory standards.
- Certifications in Oracle Cloud Reconciliation, EPM, or ARCS preferred.
- Strong problem-solving, process optimization, and innovation mindset.
