Key Responsibilities
As a Forensics Consultant at EY Hyderabad, you will:
- Manage and organize electronic discovery data using eDiscovery platforms.
- Perform document review and analysis in line with legal requirements.
- Ensure quality control of processed data and outputs.
- Stay updated with legal compliance and data privacy laws in eDiscovery.
- Collaborate with legal teams, IT, and vendors for seamless operations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in eDiscovery processes.
- Apply analytical and problem-solving skills to optimize workflows.
- Prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in fast-paced environments.
- Provide client-focused service, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
Skills and Attributes for Success
- Strong knowledge of eDiscovery software (Relativity, Nuix, Clearwell, Reveal).
- Understanding of the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM).
- Knowledge of data collection, preservation, and legal hold procedures.
- Proficiency in data management, processing, and workflow execution.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a global environment.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- 1–2 years’ experience in eDiscovery, forensic technology, or litigation support.
- Preferred certifications:
- Relativity Certified Administrator (RCA)
- Relativity Certified User (RCU)
- Experience working with legal teams, data management, and discovery processes.
