Key Responsibilities
As a Document Controller at QatarEnergy, you will:
- Provide comprehensive document control services for all Projects Engineering.
- Manage and maintain records using the Project Document Management System (PDMS).
- Support Project Management Teams, consultants, and contractors across various locations.
- Ensure timely distribution, filing, and tracking of engineering documents.
- Maintain compliance with company standards, procedures, and document workflows.
Required Skills & Experience
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- 6+ years of hands-on document control experience in Oil & Gas, Engineering Consultancy, FEED, and EPC projects.
- Strong knowledge of computerized project documentation systems.
- High attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
Educational Qualifications
- Minimum 3-year Diploma in any discipline (Engineering, IT, or related fields preferred).
