Summary
QatarEnergy is seeking an experienced Operator (Arab D) to join its operations team in Qatar. This is a field-based role in oil and gas plant operations, responsible for ensuring safe, efficient, and reliable production processes. The position involves monitoring static and running equipment, reporting abnormalities, and maximizing product recovery.

Key Responsibilities
As an Operator (Arab D) at QatarEnergy, you will:
- Carry out field operational activities safely and efficiently within defined limits.
- Operate process plant systems to achieve maximum product recovery.
- Monitor and inspect static and running equipment for abnormalities.
- Report equipment deviations or malfunctions to supervisors.
- Support safe plant operations in compliance with company policies.
- Work collaboratively with the shift team to maintain smooth operations.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Completion of Secondary School + 3 years of formal technical training in process plant operations.
- Experience: Minimum 4 years’ experience in oil and gas or petrochemical process plant operations.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of field operations in oil & gas plants.
- Ability to identify and troubleshoot equipment abnormalities.
- Knowledge of safety standards and operational procedures.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills in a shift-based environment.
- Ability to adapt to 12-hour rotational shift work.
