This role is designed for HR and workforce planning professionals with expertise in SAP Organizational Management, workforce analytics, and organizational structure management. Key Responsibilities

As a WFP & Organizational Development Analyst at QatarEnergy LNG, you will:

  • Maintain and update the company’s organizational structure, position assignments, and SAP Org Charter.
  • Ensure accuracy of workforce data files by inputting and verifying data against source documents.
  • Administer changes in positions, titles, and department structures.
  • Prepare and update workforce establishment reports using SAP.
  • Collate and analyze workforce data for annual corporate planning and benchmarking.
  • Review employee movement requests (transfers, promotions, position changes) to ensure compliance with budget and structure.
  • Generate monthly workforce reports, summaries, and statistical charts for senior management.
  • Write ad hoc SAP queries and develop reports as needed.
  • Support the annual workforce budget and forecasting program, liaising with department managers for changes.
  • Maintain the Contractor Work Orders (CWO) database in SAP, ensuring proper contractor onboarding and assignments.
  • Assist in Secondee administration, including documentation, movement reports, and JV partner coordination.
  • Act as focal point for resolving workforce planning and organization chart issues, including SAP-related challenges.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Administration, or related field.
  • 6+ years’ experience in personnel management, workforce planning, or HR analytics (oil & gas industry preferred).
  • Advanced skills in SAP organizational databases and statistical applications.
