Key Responsibilities
As an Operator, Coiled Tubing with ADNOC Drilling, your responsibilities include:
- Perform coiled tubing operations safely and efficiently according to ADNOC procedures.
- Operate and maintain coiled tubing units, downhole tools, and pressure control equipment.
- Support well intervention, stimulation, and remedial operations.
- Monitor equipment performance and assist in troubleshooting technical issues.
- Ensure strict compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards.
- Work collaboratively with drilling and well services teams.
- Complete required documentation, reports, and operational records.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of coiled tubing services and downhole tools.
- Proficiency in operating hydraulic, mechanical, and electronic controls.
- Familiarity with oilfield safety standards and procedures.
- Ability to work under pressure in rig-site environments.
- Effective problem-solving and teamwork skills.
Qualifications
- Technical Diploma or equivalent in Petroleum, Mechanical, or related field.
- 4–8 years of proven experience in coiled tubing or well intervention operations.
- Certification in Well Control / IWCF is highly preferred.
- Previous experience in the oil & gas drilling sector is an advantage.
