Key Responsibilities
As an Associate – ENR at Bain & Company, you will:
- Work on strategy consulting and research projects across ENR sub-sectors.
- Deliver analytics and insights for live cases, client proposals, and business development.
- Quickly adapt to new industries within Energy & Natural Resources, including Oil & Gas, Power & Utilities, Renewables, Mining, Chemicals, and Agri-business.
- Conduct advanced research and problem-solving where data may be limited.
- Interface with Bain global consulting teams, especially Middle East practices.
- Mentor and guide junior analysts, providing feedback and professional development support.
- Independently manage simple cases and contribute thought leadership to ENR practice areas.
Required Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Excel financial modeling and PowerPoint presentations.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities under pressure.

Qualifications
- MBA from a top-tier business school with strong academic record.
- 1–5 years of consulting or research experience in the ENR sector.
- Exposure to Energy, Power, Renewables, Chemicals, or Mining industries.
- Previous experience in strategy consulting, research, or client development preferred.
