Responsibilities
As an Associate – ORG CoE at Bain & Company (New Delhi), your role will include:
- Supporting Bain case teams across industries and geographies with diagnostics, research, and analytics.
- Building and deploying solutions in the Operating Model & Organization Practice domain.
- Conducting data analysis, benchmarking, survey-based analytics, and preparing client-ready insights.
- Using Excel, Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx, SQL, Python, R, and GenAI to deliver actionable outcomes.
- Preparing structured presentations and professional client deliverables.
- Coaching Analysts, sharing feedback, and creating learning opportunities within the team.
- Contributing to Bain’s proprietary IP, tools, and diagnostic products.
- Bringing thought leadership, business judgment, and innovative ideas to complex projects.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate with 2+ years of relevant experience OR Post-graduate with 1+ year of experience in consulting/market research.
- Strong understanding of organization design, operating model, or related domains.
- Hands-on experience with Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau/Power BI, Alteryx.
- Working knowledge of SQL, Python, R, and GenAI applications.
- Ability to analyze complex data and provide clear, actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to work in global, virtual teams.
- Strong problem-solving, creativity, and adaptability in fast-paced environments.
